I've purchased properties in the past but never as part of a 1031 exchange and never out of state. Rommel made this process manageable for me. I used my own 1031 exchange company recommended to me by a friend, and I chose my own lender (who I never met due to property being out of state). Rommel was in regular communication with all the parties involved to make the sale as smooth as possible. He tried to anticipate situations with the sale and provided many options/scenarios re: sales negotiations with the selling agent. Rommel likes to think ahead to "stay on top of things." This is a great quality as an agent because surprises in a sale are sometime not good. Rommel is a going to be part of my local area investment team for years to come.
